Happy Fall (click for .gif)
This week’s post may seem very foreign to some of you, but hopefully it will light a little spark and entice you to investigate further.
ADDING VOICE FEEDBACK TO GOOGLE DOCS:
This (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mffekzqmhoU#t=27) is a 3 min video that shows you how to use Kaizena (www.kaizena.com) to give spoken feedback to students. It was noted in the blog where I read about this that, though it may not save you any time, for students who need audio support Kaizena could be an excellent way to provide that support to students while giving them feedback on their written work. Kaizena also allows you to leave text comments, so you don’t have to only record your voice.
Perhaps you will want to use it to give your overall feedback at the end of reading student work rather than giving spoken feedback throughout the entire document. It’s worth a watch!
